Overview
At Entrements, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our products are dietary supplements and consumable goods, returns are limited for health, safety, and regulatory reasons. This policy explains when refunds or replacements are available.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. -
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To file a claim, email info@entrements.com.
Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Approved replacements are shipped within 3 business days. -
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Once the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund. -
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, all dietary supplements are final sale once delivered.
We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or unopened products, products you no longer want, products ordered by mistake, or subscription shipments once they have shipped.
Refunds or replacements are only provided if the product is damaged, defective, the wrong item was sent, or the package was lost in transit. These cases are covered under sections 2 and 3 of this policy. -
Address Errors and Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, missing or incorrect phone numbers, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pay customs or import fees.
If a package is returned for these reasons, you are responsible for any reshipment fees and no refund will be issued.
Some international shipments that cannot be delivered may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier, in which case refunds or replacements are not possible. -
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been accepted by our fulfillment partner and prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped. -
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the funds.
